Your responsibilities In your role, you will be responsible for vendor and cost accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units
Post incoming intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)
Take care of handling of approval process for incoming documents
Act as a main point of contact for the suppliers within your responsibility and build the good relationship between the suppliers and our client
Monitor and reconcile open positions on vendor, customer and G/L interim accounts
Take active part in MEC/QEC/YEC preparation and performance of closing tasks
Posting and resolving of MEC/YEC provisions and accruals won't be a challenge for you
Employer requirements Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
Min. 2 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger or 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)
Good English skills (min. B2)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Experience with SAP will be an asset
