Job Title Description:

The New Economy Practice is a team specializing in comprehensive B2B and B2C communication for clients in the financial, technological, and fintech sectors. They handle dynamic projects that require knowledge of innovative technologies, creativity, and an understanding of the latest business trends.

We are seeking an individual experienced in managing B2B communication and media relations. Together, you will contribute to and lead communication campaigns for leading companies in the financial and technological sectors.

Responsibilities:

Independent execution of activities for agency clients (campaign management, media relations, event organization, recommendation preparation, design, and implementation of campaigns with paid collaboration elements) Active involvement in crafting content strategies Development or analysis of reports Data management - deriving insights based on client information, industry, and environment Managing a small project team - up to 3 individuals Preparing tender proposals and business development activities

Our Requirements:

Higher education or current enrollment in studies Professional experience in communication / public relations (experience at a PR agency is an additional advantage): 2-3 years / Account Executive, 4-5 years / Senior Account Executive Desirable experience in the financial and fintech sectors Good understanding of the media landscape (knowledge of industry media is an additional advantage) Very good command of Polish and English in speech and writing - essential requirement Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions Experience in project and team management Interest in business topics from at least one of the following industries: finance, fintech, cryptocurrencies, new technologies
