Boeing Poland is seeking a Mechanical and Structural Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams based in Rzeszow, Poland.
As an Engineering Manager you will provide variety of technical solutions in support of existing and future commercial airplane products. The successful candidate will have strong engineering expertise, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships
Profile Description:
- Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural Engineering.
- Leads development of engineering solutions for the Structural Engineering function (Airframe, Propulsion, Liaison Stress, Doors) in support of current and future commercial airplane products.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an engineering field.
- Experience leading a team, formally or informally.
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Fluent English.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Technical field or Applied Sciences.
- Experience collaborating with other engineering disciplines, production and/or regulatory organization.
- Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Structural or Civil Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
- Market competitive salary and incentive/bonus program.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model - 4 days from office.
