Key responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the AI/ML Architect and other team members to implement AI/ML solutions based on the designed architecture.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives, challenges, and AI/ML requirements, and provide practical AI/ML engineering solutions.
  • Build and maintain AI/ML models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
  • Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and utilize suitable AI/ML algorithms, models, and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain efficient AI/ML pipelines and workflows, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
  • Provide technical expertise to the team during the implementation phase, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services for AI/ML solutions.
  • Stay informed with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools, and assess their potential applications in client projects.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to the AI/ML solutions developed.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as an AI/ML Engineer or a similar role in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong expertise in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
  • Conversational English proficiency (B2+).
  • A degree related to software development or equivalent education or experience.
