Backend Developer at IT Company in Kraków
  • Create, adjust and optimize backends of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Provide technical support for the design of new features
  • Offer support with the implementation of adjustments
  • Assist with the implementation of interfaces between peripheral systems
  • Conduct peer reviews of changes within the team
  • Support in designing and creating unit tests/automated tests
  • Engage in developer testing
  • Perform optimization/housekeeping tasks
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Actively participate in sprint events (refinement, planning, review, daily, retrospective)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of professional backend development experience
  • In-depth knowledge in state-of-the-art backend technologies of the respective system (Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Azure web services environment and development knowledge desirable
  • Solid understanding of the MACH architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Enthusiasm to work in an agile development environment
