Develops, implements, and maintains accounting systems such as Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc., following GAAP policies and procedures. Designs operational procedures to meet audit standards and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Full management of general ledger accounting
• Execute month-end closing tasks
• Prepare and post accrual and corrective journal entries
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Prepare financial data specifications and reconciliations
• Contribute to financial statement preparation
• Support in the completion of necessary close activities
• Conduct accounting analyses and reports
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist in the annual audit process
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within RTR

What your background should look like:

• Education in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (6 months in General Accounting or 2 years in Accounts Payable/Receivable)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Strong accounting background
• Effective analytical skills and problem-solving ability
