Zespół Assurance zajmuje się świadczeniem usług dotyczących audytów procesów IT, w tym m.in. audytów procesów biznesowych i sprawozdawczych, przeglądów i weryfikacji systemów informatycznych, analizy dużych zbiorów danych, a także projektowaniem, testowaniem i oceną środowiska kontrolnego w obszarach związanych z IT oraz w procesach biznesowych.

responsibilities :
Nadzorowanie, a także przeprowadzanie projektów dotyczących:
audytów IT (systemy IT i procesy IT);
usług atestacyjnych (ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SOC
Przeprowadzanie audytów mających na celu zapewnienie zgodności z regulacjami;
Identyfikacja, projektowanie, wdrażanie oraz ocena mechanizmów kontrolnych (w tym mechanizmów automatycznych) w obszarze IT oraz obszarach biznesowych;
Analiza i testowanie kontroli automatycznych w tym interfejsów i przepływów danych pomiędzy systemami informatycznymi;
Dokumentacja wyników prac i raportowanie wyników zgodnie z ustalonym harmonogramem;
Uzgadnianie szczegółowego zakresu realizowanych projektów z klientami;
Budowanie trwałych relacji z klientami;
Wsparcie Zespołu w rozwoju istniejącego portfolio usług;
Zarządzanie zespołem konsultantów uwzględniające dbałość o rozwój zespołu.

requirements-expected :
Co najmniej 5-letnie doświadczenie (w przypadku stanowiska Manager) i 7 lat (w przypadku stanowiska Starszy Manager) w zakresie audytów IT, testów kontroli automatycznych, a także usług atestacyjnych zgodnych z ISAE 3000 i 3402;
Wykształcenie wyższe – preferowane kierunki: Informatyka, Ekonomia, Audyt Wewnętrzny / IT;
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy;
Umiejętność i doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami projektowymi;
Umiejętność budowania relacji biznesowych z Klientami;
Zdolność do kreatywnego oraz nieszablonowego myślenia, rozwiązywania złożonych problemów, a także wykorzystywanie wiedzy teoretycznej w rozwiązywaniu skomplikowanych sytuacji projektowych;
Zrozumienie wpływu procesów biznesowych na sprawozdawczość finansową, zasad zarządzania ładem korporacyjnym i IT, funkcjonowania systemów kontroli wewnętrznej;
Motywacja i chęć do dalszego rozwoju;
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (dodatkowy język jako atut);
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
