ORAP GmbH was founded in 2013. It has offered all kinds of spare parts and technical car products in Germany and the Baltic States since 2007.

The main field of activity of the company is wholesale trade of auto parts and accessories for various brands of automobile and cargo vehicles, and also different equipment, worldwide. Besides that, our company is a trustful logistic & warehouse partner specialized in spare parts and similar product categories in the automobile industry.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Purchasing Assistant to join our team

Primary Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Invoice Management: Enter invoices into systems and ensure they are matched correctly.
  • Stock Management: Coordinate the arrival of goods to the warehouse, including verification and documentation.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage claims with suppliers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Accounting Preparation: Assist in preparing documents and information for the accounting department.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate records of purchasing documents, contracts, and related paperwork.

Skills and Experience

  • Competence in English, Polish.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks with the capacity to quickly prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with 1 C, is a plus.
  • Strong self-motivation, initiative, critical thinking, and results oriented.
