Your Future Role

Ready to take on an exciting challenge and showcase your application support expertise in an innovative field? You'll be working closely with Magdalena (Site Global Planning Director based in Katowice), as well as with a Financial Project Manager to focus on Value Management. Your main tasks will include collaborating with Work Package Managers to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure project timelines are met. You'll be in charge of identifying critical paths, developing action plans, and maximizing project quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Specifically, you'll be responsible for managing project schedules, both externally and internally, as well as maintaining resource planning for your projects. As a Project Planner, effective communication with all project core team members is crucial for efficient planning deliverables. Reporting directly to the Site Global Planning Director, you'll work autonomously, uphold high standards, and deliver reports accurately and promptly to the project team and clients.

We'll Look to You For

  • Collaborating with Work Package Managers and maintaining resource planning to meet project deliverables
  • Providing regular reports and feedback to management on project progress and critical issues
  • Conducting schedule analysis and trade-offs to address gaps or issues
  • Leading project schedule sessions for your area
  • Ensuring timely updates on schedule situations and gaps
  • Early identification of potential delays and risks related to schedule
  • Preparing schedule and progress reports efficiently

All About You

We prioritize passion and attitude over experience. While we don't expect you to have every skill, here are some that we believe will help you thrive:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Experience or understanding of project planning/scheduling and resource planning
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 Planning Software and/or other scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of MS Project and other MS tools
  • Comfort with schedule simulations, various scenarios, and evolving project goals
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
