As a Junior Discrepancy Resolution Analyst, you will be responsible for data analysis and distributor compensation calculation, working closely with Ecolab sales divisions. Your main tasks include conducting routine analysis, proposing process improvements, and ensuring correctness of pricing conditions in the SAP system.

What you will do:

  • Conduct Billback Process by calculating compensation payouts to distributors
  • Analyze distributors sales data and calculate Bill-back compensation based on the gathered information
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gather documentation supporting the calculations and relevant pricing changes
  • Ensure compliance with monthly SLAs and KPI requirements
  • Create and maintain necessary documentation, including SOP/controls documentation
  • Demonstrate understanding and adherence to Bill-back SOX and internal controls
  • Provide Bill-back related support to other Ecolab departments
  • Prioritize resolution of critical issues and escalate when necessary

What You Will Need:

  • Prior experience in Finance or Shared Services with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of VBA is a plus
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) and another European language is an advantage
  • Understanding of SAP and financial processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex data for presentations
