Inviting applications for the role of Customer Care Services - Senior Process Associate –English - Remote PL
As a member of Centralized Technical Service Office, Technical Service Administrator supports European Life Sciences Technical Service organization to deliver best in class technical support, create excellent customer experience and drive field service efficiency.

Responsibilities

Technical Service Administrator is responsible for operational handling and proactively delivering on the business goals related to the following tasks, in cooperation with associates from across the European and Global Technical Service organization:

• Spare part order management

• Spare part reverse logistics

• Spare part inventory cycle count

• Instrument depot repair coordination

• Product master data maintenance

• Internal iOS app maintenance

• Preparation of standardized reports on performance and efficiency of processes owned by the team

• Contributing to projects assigned by the leadership
May perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills


• Be a team player, prepared to work in a permanently changing environment where roles are defined in relation to the objectives

• Acts timely and appropriately

• Shows excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)

• Fluent command of English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


• Experience in Technical Service, Shared Services or other corporate environment is a plus.

• Knowledge of Service Max, Salesforce, SAP environment, as well as VBA is considered as an advantage.

• Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
