We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Sales Outbound Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and prioritizing potential prospects based on Ideal Customer Profile criteria, company size, and specific needs. If you are proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales and client satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

As a Sales Outbound Specialist, you will:
  • Identify potential prospects matching the Ideal Customer Profile by enriching and searching lists.
  • Prioritize prospects based on criteria such as ICP profile, company size, and needs.
  • Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, X platform, and email for outreach activities.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through cold messaging and follow-ups.
  • Guide contacts through the sales funnel and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Conduct sales video calls with prospects and facilitate interactions.
  • Understand client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Create customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to develop optimal solutions for client challenges.
  • Present proposals and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Deliver sales pitches and negotiate contracts during video calls or over the phone.
REQUIREMENTSKey qualifications include:
  • Extensive prior experience specializing in outbound B2B.
  • Strong consulting skills with a focus on innovative problem-solving for clients.
  • Proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.
  • Proficiency in English (Business & Technology at C1 level).

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the IT Services market.
  • Hands-on experience with the PRO PAYBACK sales framework (or similar methodologies).
  • Prior use of HubSpot for sales purposes (CRM basics, sequences, mailing).
  • Established presence on LinkedIn within the IT Services sector.
