Job Description

The PV Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing long term engagements with clients.

  • Primary contact: Acting as the main point of contact for project-related matters for both clients and PrimeVigilance staff.
  • Project planning: Planning project activities.
  • Team coordination: Coordinating colleagues working on a project.
  • Training assurance: Ensuring all team members are trained from relevant quality documents, including project-specific documentation.
  • Task overview: Having an overview of all tasks to be delivered to the client, including deadlines and interim milestones.
  • Quality delivery: Ensuring all outputs are delivered in high quality and before the final deadline set by the client.
  • Reporting: Reporting to the client and PrimeVigilance management, preparing Monthly reports serving as a basis for invoicing.
  • Accounting preparation: Preparing Accounting of Services and invoices, if delegated.
Qualifications
  • Health Care Professional or Life Science Graduate.
  • Proven track record of demonstrated Pharmacovigilance activities, including processing and quality review of ICSRs, writing/contributing to aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOP preparation.
  • PV Project Management experience from ideally a service provider/CRO.
  • Effective communication: Comfortable communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Strong leadership qualities: Skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.
