O projekcie, Projekt dotyczy dostosowania systemów bankowych do nowego formatu komunikatów. Zmiana jest związana z następującą transformacją dotychczasowych formatów stosowanych dla komunikatów płatniczych w ramach różnych systemów rozliczeniowych (m. in. Target, SWIFT, Sorbnet, Elixir) do formatu XML. W projekcie już jest doświadczony Analityk. Osoba, który dołączy, przede wszystkim zajmie się częścią biznesową projektu, chociaż na pewno będzie miała styczność również z analizą systemową., Analityk dołączy do 7-11-osobowego zespołu, do którego należą: Product Owner, Analityk Systemowy, Developerzy, Testerzy oraz Architekt., , Obowiązuje hybrydowy model pracy: 1 raz w tygodniu spotkania w biurze klienta w Poznaniu.
Twój zakres obowiązków, przede wszystkim modelowanie procesów biznesowych,, ścisła komunikacja z Developerami oraz przygotowywanie dokumentacji dla nich,, prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z projektem również dla użytkowników końcowych,, realizacja procesu dedukcyjnego, czyli rozbijania wymagań "od ogółu do szczegółu" z uwzględnieniem wymagań systemowych dla poszczególnych zadań,, przygotowywaniu prezentacji i raportów,, prognozowanie potencjalnego wpływu zmian na inne systemy (tzw. "szersze spojrzenie").
posiadasz co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Analityk Biznesowo-Systemowy,, masz odpowiednie zdolności analityczne w obszarze analizy biznesowej (m. in. potrafisz weryfikować wymagania oraz tworzyć dokumentację techniczną) i systemowej (umiesz współpracować z Developerami, rozumiesz ich tok komunikacji),, posiadasz doświadczenie w realizacji i rozwoju aplikacji/systemów związanych z bankowością (a konkretnie z płatnościami, rozliczeniami itp.),, potrafisz rozbić oczekiwania biznesowe na pomniejsze wymagania i zweryfikować możliwość realizacji tych wymagań na istniejącej infrastrukturze,, techniczne i systemowe podejście do nowych zagadnień nie jest Ci obce (mile widziana wcześniejsza współpraca z Architektem czy Developerami),, pracował_ś w zespołach działających w metodykach zwinnych,, znasz takie narzędzia jak Jira, Confluence, BPMN, Excel,, szybko się uczę to o Tobie (potrafisz wejść w nowe środowisko pracy i wyłapać powiązania i zależności między systemami).
Mile widziane, wykształcenie kierunkowe: analiza, finanse, matematyka, IT,, podstawowa znajomość REST, RabbitMQ,, podstawowa znajomość MS SQL, PostgreSQL.
