The Role

The Data Analysis & Automation team focuses on designing controls to enhance the controlling environment using data. We are constantly seeking improved solutions to meet our high-priority needs – and currently, we are searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

"You will collaborate closely with the business to enhance our controls across business units and find optimal solutions for our remediation cases - combining your data and business knowledge," describes your prospective manager, Thomas Bertram.

In close partnership with the team, you will assist the organization in Business Controls & Product Management with robust analytics solutions. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating data-driven controls and automation.
  • Supporting the existing control framework by offering data and tools in Operational, Data, Conduct, Suitability, and Financial Risk areas.
  • Enhancing transparency through analytics, identifying key focus areas and challenges, and suggesting recommendations based on your analysis.
  • Assisting the Remediation Projects team with data extractions, analysis, and modeling calculations.
  • Contributing to the development of sturdy data structures.
  • Ensuring efficient stakeholder management while aiding in data requests and analyses.

Data Experience and Strong Communication Skills

Besides relevant experience and knowledge that will facilitate your quick adaptation to the role, you should possess a strong team spirit, as we all strive to foster an open and positive environment in our department. You should naturally be collaborative and feel at ease communicating effectively with individuals at all levels of seniority.

To excel in this role, the following criteria should align with your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of similar work experience in data and analytics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, or equivalent technologies.
  • Higher education background.
  • Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
