Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills: Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g.

IT, software development Skilled developer in the SAP Ui5 and SAP CAP Node frameworks.

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform including services like SAP BTP Build process automation and BTP Launchpad.

Experience with the Success Factors OData API is a plus.

As a person, you have good communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and facilitate an involving and constructive dialogue with stakeholders.

You are a quick learner who demonstrates agility and adapts well to change.

Strong analytical skills, personal drive, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.

Additionally, fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.

It would be an advantage to have several years of experience working in an international organisation with a complex IT environment, preferably working in an agile setup.

You will be involved in supporting both bugfixes and enhancements of existing applications as well as developing new applications and extensions., We are a team of curious people, always looking into new ways of improving HR processes.

Being in the team you will be supported by other developers as well as architects, CX and UX experts, system managers, and product owners
