We are a recruitment agency currently on the lookout for an ideal candidate for our client.

The Finance and Accounting Manager role entails overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations, and optimizing financial performance. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Finance Accounting ManagerMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Duties:

  • Managing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of the audit process and implementing recommendations from internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to offer financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
  • Supervising accounting staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Overseeing financial audits and tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within finance and accounting functions.

Experience:

  • Very strong analytical skills and strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, Revenue recognition standards and Compliance risk processes
  • Strong forward and process thinking skills and good understanding of system functionalities.
  • Strong Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Exhibits a high level of attention to details.
  • B. S. in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required in finance or accounting.
  • Previous experience working in a Shared Services/GBS environment an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and flexible.
  • Good organization skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
