As Talent Coordinator for APAC & Europe, you will support the Regional Talent team in enhancing colleagues' capabilities across 15 countries. You will provide administrative and logistical support to the Regional Talent Team and contribute to deliver on Talent priorities.

This position will work closely with the APAC & Europe Talent Acquisition team, Learning & Development and Talent management teams but also with the wider HR Community.

The Talent Coordinator should be a proven self-starter and have the administrative, organizational and communication skills necessary to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Working in conjunction with HR Professionals in APAC & Europe, you'll be accountable for a number of HR activities, to include (but not limited to):

Talent acquisition data management

  • Input and maintenance of information in the Talent acquisition tool to keep our data up to date
  • Coordinate background check process
  • Gather, record, store and delete written interview feedback in accordance with GDPR and regulatory requirements
  • Assist the team with the posting of job adverts on a range of job boards.

Development program (LMS – My learning) and Annual L&D Calendar support including:

  • Develop annual global L&D calendar and corresponding update to Yes Learning
  • Support the communication plan and monitor ongoing events (invitations, participant follow up etc)
  • Maintain and update information on Yes Learning as needed.
  • Provide support to end-users on how to navigate Yes Learning, register and launch courses, and track their development history

Transversal actions:

  • Manage and pull training metrics
  • Resolve any inaccuracies with L&D or Talent Acquisition data
  • Provide reporting support
  • Assist with invoicing activities through creating Purchase Orders, maintaining communication with vendors and tracking expenses.

You will report to the HR Operations & Administration Manager based in Poland.

SHARE your talent

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and time management (attention to detail is critical)
  • Quick adaptation to changing processes.
  • Must be proactive and exhibit good follow up and follow through
  • People skills; communicative and open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven experience on similar role will be an asset
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (or similar HR systems) will be an asset
