WHAT YOU'LL DO

Joining as an Accountant, you will play a vital role within our back-office team, offering financial assistance to our consultants, internal units, and external entities. This position is centered in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and approving expense reports in compliance with the Travel policy
  • Establishing new vendors (as necessary) and overseeing Vendor file maintenance and controls
  • Reviewing local incoming invoices to ensure accurate coding to the relevant general ledger account
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of all essential supporting documentation
  • Allocating costs following local protocols
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations (AP, Advanced Payments, Bank reconciliations)
  • Supervising the cash reimbursements process and banking tasks
  • Supporting month-end closure and year-end audit procedures
  • Handling AMEX card management
YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Having a friendly and communicative demeanor
  • Showcasing attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong willingness to learn
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal Polish and English
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting
  • Strong practical knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
