Job Title: Global IT Land & Digital Solutions Product Owner at DB Schenker



Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver digital products within the Land Transport domain aligning with the IT&D Strategy and the Division 'TMS Ecosystem'
  • Plan the solution roadmap in coordination with the Business Unit Land Transport and IT&D organization
  • Support the digital product rollout across all regions within the Business Unit Land
  • Analyze, prioritize, and specify customer demands for the digital solution portfolio
  • Determine feasible solutions in alignment with stakeholders and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution production and implementation
  • Provide input for design and development of digital solutions
  • Offer consultation and knowledge transfer to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Lead the product team and focus on people development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant roles, preferably in the Shipping or Logistics Industry
  • Proven track record in agile product development
  • Experience in process improvements and implementation
  • Strong business and technical analysis skills
  • Excellent understanding of project and application life cycles
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with a flexible mindset
  • Fluent in Business English and proficient in MS Office
