Senior IT Engineer in Application and Endpoint Management

Are you passionate about managing SaaS applications and ensuring their optimal performance? Join our dynamic international team at EcoVadis and take on the exciting role of a Senior IT Engineer in Application and Endpoint Management

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment, scaling, and maintenance of SaaS applications with a focus on Google Workspace and Google Cloud technologies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business applications, including security configuration and integrations.
  • Implement automations to enhance efficiency for both support teams and end-users.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to validate use-cases and requirements for business applications.
  • Support the installation, update, and maintenance of business applications.
  • Establish and improve systems for business applications and internal processes.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and supporting business applications.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Analyze and fine-tune application systems for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS operations or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Web Services, Python, and JSON.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
