"Parkn'Sleep" die erste Parking App für Camper auf den Markt gebracht.
Spontanes Übernachten auf den eigenen vier Rädern wird damit wieder
legal und sicher möglich sein. Parkn'Sleep bringt mit einem gelungenen
Tourismus-Approach zusätzliche Wertschöpfung für Tourismusregionen in
ganz Europa.

Derzeit befinden wir uns in einer spannenden Wachstumsphase und suchen
per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Unterstützung in unserem Team.

Als Teil des operativen Teams verbesserst du als Digital Sales Support
Manager (m/w) die digitale Customer Journey. Deine Mission ist es,
Prozesse neu zu gestalten, zu überwachen und zu automatisieren.
Zusammen mit einem hoch motivierten Team hilfst du
mit, Parkn'Sleep zur führenden Plattform für spontanes Camping in Europa
zu machen.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Kundenbetreuung & den Support und bist eng eingebunden in unsere Leadgenerierung. Du nutzt insbesondere ein CRM (Hubspot) und Intercom täglich als Werkzeuge. Unsere Kunden sind auf der einen Seite die Camper und auf der anderen Seite die Gastgeber.
  • Du analysierst und interpretierst die Performance deiner Initiativen,
    leitest Verbesserungsmassnahmen ab und entwickelst Prozesse ständig
  • Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst ein
    starkes Partnernetzwerk.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unser CRM professionell aufgesetzt ist und
    betreust, analysierst und optimierst laufend dessen Prozesse.
Qualifikation
  • Du bist versiert in der Anwendung von CRM, optimalerweise Hubspot.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und "trägst die Kundenbrille". Du pflegst
    einen zuvorkommenden und professionellen Umgang mit Kunden und
  • Du hast eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Sales, Support oder IT.
    Optimalerweise mit einem Bezug zu Tourismus / Camping.
  • Du bist eine dienstleistungsorientierte, unternehmerisch denkende
    Persönlichkeit. Dein Arbeitsstil ist strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert.
    Deine Macher-Mentalität zeichnet dich aus.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und fühlst dich wohl in einer schnelllebigen,
    energiegeladenen Startup Atmosphäre.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachen zum Vorteil.
