SAP Fico Consultant

Your tasks:

  • First-Line Support: Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot SAP functions,
  • Ticket Management: Watch over, prioritize, and manage support tickets, escalating intricate issues to Level 2 support or relevant teams,
  • User Assistance: Guide users in navigating SAP applications, conduct basic issue resolution, and offer advice on system usage and best practices,
  • Documentation: Record support activities, resolutions, and processes for future reference and knowledge exchange,
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve integration challenges between SAP and other modules/systems,
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to building and updating support documentation, knowledge bases, and training resources,
  • Testing and Validation: Engage in testing and validating SAP system modifications, updates, and new configurations,
  • Training Participation: Attend sessions to boost personal knowledge and support competencies.

We need:

  • Proficiency in both English and Polish, essential for effective client communication,
  • 2-3 years of expertise in SAP Fico,
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact efficiently with users and global team members,
  • Ability in respective SAP modules with an understanding of business processes and principles,
  • Willingness to be present in Krakow's office twice a month for a single day only.
