The Consumer Data Platform Product Manager role exists to serve as the foremost authority on consumer data products within the JTI Digital Ecosystem. The purpose of this position is to define, prioritize, and oversee the development of consumer data-driven features and initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences. The Consumer Data Platform Product Manager collaborates closely with business owners and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of consumer data products, driving innovation and value creation.
The Consumer Data Platform Product Manager operates within the framework of Agile methodologies, leveraging their expertise to guide the development of consumer data products. He has authority over defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlog items, and elaborating on requirements within the scope of consumer data initiatives. However, he must collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business strategies and goals, especially regarding data privacy and regulatory compliance.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Business Demand Management
- Translate the desired experience into the product scope and initiatives for respective product cluster; align stakeholders around the vision of the product
- Maintain a rolling roadmap in alignment with Digital Ecosystem Roadmap Lead and other Product Expert Manager and align prioritized backlog with relevant stakeholders
- Regularly update key business stakeholders on product status, scoping priorities and solution evolution, securing a common view of product status across business & IT
Product Delivery Coordination
- Define and monitor product metrics per delivery cycle (outlines what success looks like); analyse actual initiatives and epics outcomes versus expected outcomes and derive learnings and actions for own teams

Market Demand Harmonization / Secure product global consistency
- Understand market demand, actively leading and coordinating deep dive sessions on the products and capabilities

Support Market Digital Capabilities Adoption
- Assist market delivery teams on product capabilities understanding
- Provide the right training and documentation directly or through its team
- Actively work with markets in piloting and enhancing capabilities, translating learnings into additional market initiatives
- Secure product features documentation is up to date and lead the necessary deep dives and sessions to secure a good understanding of the products capabilities across the organization
Product Quality
- Final accountable of product quality standards. Secure internal validations / tests
- Run regular reviews, feedbacking delivery organization
- Monitor incidents and issues around its products and proactively prioritize incident resolution and solutions stabilization as part of the product roadmap
- Supports technical teams in the common goal of minimizing technical debt
- Monitor products usage, assess potential areas of improvements and future roadmaps
- Proactive engagement with business to secure proper evolution of the project
- To achieve this, it is also required to stay up to date with latest technology trends in its area of ownership and within a business relevant context
- Close collaboration and engagement with delivery teams to understand opportunities and improvements
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Operations Research, Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of Business professional experience (with relevant industry experience) focusing on data discovery and analysis across multinational FMCG organizations.
- Proven working experience on project management
- Experience working with data & analytics topics
- Experience on budget management, project management tools, agile team coordination
- Experience in working on main Consumer Data Platforms (i.e. Treasure Data), Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Adobe Campaign), Google Analytics/Tag Manager

- What is the data retention period?
The data provided in order to take part in a specific recruitment project will be retained for the period until the end of the recruitment process, up to a maximum of 3 months from the selection of the employee in case no contract has been concluded. - Who will be the recipients of your personal data?
The data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, e.g. IT service providers, entities operating the database, entities handling application requests – however, these entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the controller and only in accordance with the controller's instructions and within the scope of the granted consent. Personal data may also be transferred to other JTI Group companies in connection with intra-group purposes.
- Will your personal data be subject to profiling?
During the recruitment process, you may be asked to complete tests (e.g. analytical test, behavioural test, cognitive test) or to participate in an Assessment Center session. In the case of behavioural test, you will be subject to profiling. The system will evaluate the answers you give in the survey and create a profile of your behaviour and preferred working conditions based on these answers. The test is only a support material for the recruiter conducting your recruitment process and no automated decisions are made based thereon.
