IT Program Manager - Invoice to Cash (I2C)

About the Role: Imagine a world where you can lead a global portfolio of IT programs in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) area, leveraging your expertise in SAP FI and High Radius to bring about tangible benefits on a global scale. The Journey Ahead: As an IT Program Manager, you will embark on an exciting journey where you'll oversee a diverse and dynamic portfolio of IT projects. Picture yourself managing Cash Applications and Accounting, Collections Management, Dunning, Claims & Deductions Management, and Reporting, all while collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

The Characters You'll Meet:
  • Internal Allies: You will work hand in hand with global business stakeholders, regional DBS directors, I2C managers, and IT finance teams. Together, you'll form a powerful team, pushing boundaries and achieving milestones.
  • External Partners: Engage with leading software providers like SAP AG, High Radius, Esker, and Blackline, crafting solutions that are as innovative as they are effective.
Your Quest: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will involve:
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee global IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope.
  • Steering Committees: Lead global program Steering Committee meetings, steering the ship towards success.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of internal and external IT project managers, guiding them through challenges and triumphs.
  • Capex Management: Oversee global IT Capex management, ensuring resources are used wisely.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the go-to expert for global I2C applications, leveraging your knowledge of SAP AR, High Radius, Blackline, and Esker.
Milestones:
  • On-Time Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Budget Management: Keep projects within financial constraints.
  • Scope Compliance: Deliver projects that meet defined requirements.
  • Business Satisfaction: Achieve high satisfaction from business stakeholders.
  • Capex Realization: Manage and realize the Capex budget effectively.
The Skills and Tools You Bring:
  • Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (I2C) from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Optional Skills: Knowledge of High Radius is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong program and project management skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage people.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and build trust with business partners.
  • Adaptability: Capability to manage complexity and adapt to change under pressure.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Polish is a plus.
