WHAT is Serioplast's commitment to address environmental needs?

• Innovation in sustainable products: minimize property differences between the final product made with virgin resin and the one made with recycled resin. Closing this distance will maximize the use of recycled plastic in the final product, reducing its environmental impact.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For our plant in Kutno (Poland) we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who, reporting to the Technical Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

· Preparing maintenance program for plant's machinery including infrastructure

· Coordinating maintenance execution respecting production plan and priorities

· Scheduling and supervising external services related to maintenance

· Controlling expenses on maintenance compliance with the budget

· Suggesting improvements aimed at HSE improvement and efficiency increase

· Creating and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for technical team

· Monitoring technical team performance

· Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in machines efficiency

· Assisting in the validation of new machinery, molds, and products, as well as overseeing commissioning processes

EXPERIENCE:

· Good applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems

· Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices

· Experience in manufacturing company

· Good knowledge of English

· PLUS: Knowledge of plastics technology (Extrusion Blow Molding and Stretch Blow Molding)
