An experienced Power Platform Developer to build reports, models and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI, as well as defining and creating data sets/flows. The developer to be able to help with SharePoint development and SharePoint Design (if any is good to have).
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong and demonstrable experience and technical knowledge of Power BI, from Implementation, architecture, data organisation and security/access management.Determine and ensure correct data sets and flows for existing, and new projects and initiatives.Design, build and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI across all workstreams of the business.Data source migration for existing reportsRemain hands-on with Power BI while supporting and maintaining the daily operations of the RPA team.Collaborate with development functions to deliver servicesEstablish and adopt the best practices and development standardsSet up, configuration, administration of SharePointApply Automation techniques, Agile working methodologies, Continuous IntegrationAcquire expertise rapidly in own and other related fields and ability to self-learnABOUT YOU
From 3 to 6 years experience with Power BIExperience with Power QueryExperience with Power AppsData visualisationData model developmentExcellent troubleshooting skillsDesirable: from 1 to 2 years experience at .net/SharePoint DeveloperExperience in SharePoint Designer Workflows (nice to have)Knowledge of OOP concept, ASP.NET, JavaScript, .net Core and SQLConfident, motivated, proactive, focussed on business objectives and a strong communicator.Strong people skills, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyThe Department / Practice Group
The MI/Power BI Developer will join our Service Delivery team. This is an exciting new role that will be supporting the roll-out of Intelligent Reporting and the development of Power BI dashboards throughout our International group over the next 12-18 months. The successful candidate will sit alongside a mature innovation team that provide process improvement, automation and project support to our practice groups and business services areas.
