PIM Developer

A PIM Developer is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions based on specifications, working collaboratively with team members in an agile environment. The role involves recommending and creating solution designs to ensure stability, maintainability, and scalability of the STIBO STEP implementation at Lyreco, contributing to personal and team growth.

• Designs and develops Product Information Management solutions following team/project methodologies.
• Analyzes business needs with Product Owners to determine user requirements and implement them in a user-friendly manner.
• Creates technical design documents based on requirements.
• Works on configuration, custom development, and production support of the PIM platform.
• Sets up new integrations, adds object types to the data model, Java Script business rules, and workflows.
• Performs unit testing as part of development and supports regression test cycles.
• Debugs business rules and resolves defects.
• Participates in deploying new application features and upgrades, liaising with various IT teams and end users.
• Stays updated on emerging trends and technologies in PIM area and maintains the PIM ecosystem.
• Follows data governance standards and IT quality policies.

• 2+ years of experience as a PIM developer or in a similar role.
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and Stibo Systems STEP application.
• Knowledge of GIT version control system and Linux (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in Product Information Management and Master Data Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work in cross-functional teams and with employees at various levels.
• Structured yet agile approach with good knowledge of Scrum methodology.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
