PCI Support Analyst with German

Location:Warsaw, Poland

We are currently looking for English and German-speaking Contact Center Associates to join our team and provide Security and/or Compliance support through multiple customer engagement channels.

This role

The Compliance Support Team delivers top-notch customer service by providing prompt, detailed, and easily understandable support to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

About PCI Compliance Processing: PCI DSS compliance is crucial for all businesses accepting credit cards to safeguard payment card information from cyber threats.

The Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer service requests, primarily via telephone
  • Striving for first-call query resolution

Customer Engagement and Experience

  • Engaging with customers on a personal level
  • Conveying messages clearly and effectively
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and German (B2/C1 level) with at least secondary education
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Preferably previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or retail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts with excellent schedule adherence
  • Team player with a positive attitude towards customer service
  • Keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Interest in Cyber Security and IT fields is a plus
