The Deal Desk Analyst, Revenue Operations will collaborate directly with our US sales teams to assist with contracts and purchasing decisions for our clients. Responsibilities include managing contracts and license agreements, providing support to account executives regarding pricing, licensing models, and new product purchases. Utilize your analytical skills to analyze customer contract and billing data for valuable insights. Collaborate with teams such as legal, finance, customer support, business process, and IT to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the deal process. This role reports to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager.
This position requires working US hours, with the shift approximately between 3pm - 11pm Central European Time.
Your Role in Action:
- Identify areas for process enhancement and develop improvement recommendations for workflow and systems
- Ensure compliance with lead-to-contract processes and policies for our commercial operations, while escalating new scenarios beyond standard terms effectively
- Facilitate license and product requests, provide accurate pricing and product details to sales AEs and/or clients, manage contracting requests, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams
- Create and maintain documentation for all deal and contract processes to ensure they remain up-to-date
- Act as a liaison between the Customer Group and other departments when establishing new procedures
- Participate in discovery meetings to assess process requirements, test, support, and assist with training plans to align with business goals
- As a subject matter expert for the Customer Group, identify bottlenecks in pricing and contracting processes. Use business acumen and thorough analysis to recommend areas for enhancement
- 3+ years of experience in an operational sales role supporting a customer-facing team
- Proficient in problem-solving and change management
- Experience with complex sales organizations, preferably involving both channel and direct sales teams
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and excelling in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
- Team player and effective communicator with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with Salesforce and CPQ is desirable
- Able to multitask independently, prioritize efficiently, make recommendations and decisions, and see projects through completion

- Total compensation includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this position is between PLN and gross/year (Employment Contract). The final salary offered will be based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the upper range is not typical to allow for potential salary growth in the future
