We are currently seeking a Management Accountant.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on Gross Revenue, Cost of Sales, Gross Profit, Overheads, and EBITDA.
  • Create financial models for Budgeting and Forecasting, both consolidated and detailed by entity, department, product, to assess different strategic scenarios.
  • Support the Treasury Management team in Cash Flow forecasting and modeling.
  • Develop Business cases to evaluate key business decisions.
  • Conduct stress and scenario modeling and analysis, with clear presentation and reporting.
  • Assist Junior FP&A team in working closely with department heads to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, especially comparing budget vs actuals.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare budgeted numbers with actual outcomes, offering monthly explanations for divergences and performance insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure precise financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards through close collaboration with accounting teams.
  • Participate in creating presentations for the board of directors and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise concentration reports and oversee the preparation of monthly protocols.
  • Document all processes and establish procedures for critical operations.
  • Create reports for daily monitoring and reporting on deviations in expenses or profits.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to address system inefficiencies and improve daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of presenting complex data in a clear manner.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in English.
