The Benefits Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role, bringing deep expertise to enhance processes and workflows in the area. This role often takes on leadership responsibilities within teams, making a significant impact through guidance, advice, and service facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing the organization's reward strategy, overseeing key areas like benefits and pensions, and collaborating with third parties to establish best practices.
  • Manage and monitor the progress of the Operational Excellence team.
  • Coordinate data integration between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participate in global calls, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Update project management tools with project reports and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Evaluate complex benefit issues and provide guidance and support to teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead teams informally or formally by coaching and training new team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills to process complex information from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent.
