Data Scientist

The project involves the development of a media platform using predictive algorithms to optimize user journeys based on audience and content data, aiming to improve the UX of branded content and enhance KPIs for brand awareness and user engagement strategies. The platform should empower content and audience acquisition through seamlessly integrated user journeys, adapting to targeted audiences for custom experiences.

The components of the platform's minimum viable product include:

• Ad Server with full dynamic creative optimization (DCO)
• Data Management functionality
• Various Machine learning models (provided by the Client)
• Analytics and Reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in data science or related role with a strong record of applying machine learning techniques
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and ML deployment tools
• Proficiency in Python, including NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.
• Familiarity with Deep Learning tools like TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch
• Knowledge of statistical methods, including A/B testing
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency (written and spoken)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to understand business objectives and translate them into data science initiatives
• Design, develop and maintain scalable solutions using state-of-the-art AI and ML techniques
• Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for data analysis and model development
• Clearly communicate the benefits and limitations of AI/ML models to various stakeholders
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders
