Rekrutacja jest prowadzona dla austrackiej firmy wykonawczej, realizującej projekty z zakresu techniki zabezpieczeń, technologii medialnych, komunikacyjnych i transportowych, elektrotechniki, systemów budynkowych, systemów parkingowych oraz facility management.

  • Nadzór nad powierzonym kontraktem (głównie obiekty kubaturowe);
  • Kontrola i koordynacja robót elektrycznych/teletechnicznych;
  • Sprawowanie nadzoru nad pracownikami i podwykonawcami;
  • Pomoc w tworzeniu i analizie harmonogramu oraz monitorowaniu postępu robót;
  • Współpraca z Kierownikami Budowy i Kierownikami Robót;
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji;
  • Nadzór nad gospodarką materiałową i sprzętem w procesie budowy.
  • Organizacja testów funkcjonalnych instalacji elektronicznych.
  • Przygotowywanie procedur odbioru i sprawdzanie zgodności z wymaganiami.
  • Wykształcenie kierunkowe;
  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku analogicznym;
  • Umiejętność analizy projektów technicznych;
  • Znajomość programu AutoCad;
  • Umiejętność tworzenia ofert, kosztorysów, harmonogramów;
  • Umiejętność planowania i zdolności organizacyjne;
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B;
  • Dyspozycyjność i gotowość do kilkudniowych delegacji;
  • Znajomość języka niemieckiego/ angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Umowa o pracę: 3 miesiące, kolejna umowa na czas nieokreślony (pełny etat);
