PLM Application Specialist (Windchill)

Apart from our MES software Innova and machine control software, we are heavily investing in our corporate IT infrastructure.

As an IT PLM application specialist, you will play a vital role within the agile PLM development team, focusing on our Windchill environment. Your main responsibilities will involve translating business needs into functional IT solutions for programming and configuration by our developers. Collaboration with other PLM application specialists in your Agile scrum team and business stakeholders will be key in designing and implementing new applications, functionalities, and enhancements. You will be an integral part of the PLM team driving the implementation, development, and support of the "digital product highway".

What you'll be doing:

As a close collaborator with software developers, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced applications that enhance productivity and quality in Marel's product development and after-sales services. Your primary focus will be on the Windchill application. Additionally, you will:

Translate business information requirements/processes into IT SolutionsIdentify, define, and model business requirements for the application and custom componentsCreate functional or technical specificationsCollaborate with software vendors, technical specialists, and key business usersManage projects and ensure stakeholders are well-informed throughout

The Product Lifecycle Management team operates globally and is responsible for the digital product highway, product lifecycle management solutions, and the Atlassian platform. Being part of the PLM team's development group offers you the opportunity to learn from subject matter experts internationally.
