UX Writer

We are looking for a talented UX Writer who is passionate about creating high-quality original content. As a UX Writer, you will collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, generate user-centric content, engage in brainstorming sessions, and conduct research to enhance the writing process. You will play a crucial role in supporting our products, including a UX rewrite and various cross-portfolio projects.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional writing and research abilities, along with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience with marketing automation or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders to develop digital content.
• Influence the product experience by crafting informative text that guides users through specific tasks across digital platforms.
• Transform deep insights into user needs and UX design into well-crafted content such as help center articles, release notes, integration guides, API and SDK content, and tours.
• Engage in research to build empathy for the audience and establish an analytics plan to evaluate content performance.
• Utilize data and research continuously to grasp user behavior patterns.
• Ensure content aligns with the Acoustic voice, style, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in online writing and publishing, which includes blogs, articles, newsletters, and wikis.
• Familiarity with CMS, HTML, CSS, and markdown is advantageous.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, business understanding, and a genuine interest in user experience synthesis.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Creative mindset, resourcefulness, adaptability, and drive.
• Ability to comprehend project requirements and target audience needs.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines.
