QA Analyst

We are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing on web-based applications and software systems.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Work closely with developers and product managers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings as part of an Agile development team.
• Provide timely and accurate status reports on testing progress and defect metrics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing role.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
