What will you be doing as an Atlassian Consultant?

  • Atlassian Services: this department focuses on providing comprehensive assistance to clients utilizing Atlassian's tools. We are in need of an additional team player who will back the crew providing consulting and product configuration services, aiding clients to resolve issues and streamline operations.

Whom will you collaborate with?

  • The team known as Atlassian Consultants consists of 8 individuals. The squad comprises a Team Lead, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, Atlassian Consultant, 3 Senior Atlassian Consultants, and 2 Atlassian Consultants. The team's operational approach is founded on Agile methodology elements, such as daily meetings and planning, utilizing Atlassian tools for work processes.
  • The team's distinctive traits include a casual work environment and recognition of individuality. The Atlassian Consultants embody a variety of talents and interests, which are integrated into daily tasks. Teamwork thrives on mutual aid and constructive feedback.

What responsibilities will you hold in this role?

  • Engaging with clients to evaluate their existing ITSM procedures and discover areas for enhancement;
  • Building and deploying tailored ITSM solutions based on Atlassian tools;
  • Configuring and customizing Atlassian products like Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related tools;
  • Offering guidance on optimal practices for ITIL implementation and conformity;
  • Training clients' teams on Atlassian tool operation and ITSM/ITIL principles;
  • Resolving technical issues concerning Atlassian products and their integration;
  • Staying updated on alterations in the Atlassian ecosystem and industry trends.

    • hands-on experience as a consultant or administrator in the Atlassian ecosystem;
    • background in collaborating with business clients;
    • proficiency in configuring and customizing Atlassian products;
    • troubleshooting skills;
    • proficiency in English and Polish at B2/C1 level.
    • Additional assets: familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL field, knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures, experience in implementing ITIL methodologies, scripting skills (Groovy/ScriptRunner), certifications in Atlassian (ACP) and/or ITIL, Azure, SharePoint.
