We are on the hunt for a talented Master Data Support Specialist who can help maintain data standards, support the global Intersnack IT system, and ensure a smooth roll-out across different regions and business units. Our primary goal in master data is crystal clear: We are dedicated to maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and purpose-driven data through the implementation of effective strategies and standards. This is vital for supporting our business processes throughout the entire Intersnack Group.

Your responsibilities as the next Master Data Support Specialist:

  • Conduct regular data quality audits to assist local markets in identifying and resolving master data quality issues.
  • Create new reports and metrics to gauge the quality of master data.
  • Manage mass data uploads to the IT system, ensuring compliance with procedures and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Update and maintain supplier master data records following established guidelines and processes.
  • Collaborate with the group master data manager and local data users to continually enhance the master data segment of the IT system.
  • Support local markets in new user training and onboarding.
  • Aid in data migration, mapping, and validation activities for the global IT system roll-out.
  • Offer guidance and training to local end-users on data entry, upkeep, and governance protocols.

What we require from you:

  • Expertise in master data management, data analysis, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) or similar platforms (CRM, Cloud, etc.), such as Infor M3 or a master data governance tool.
  • Familiarity with data migration procedures.
  • Background in implementing or supporting global systems in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills coupled with sound judgment in challenging scenarios.
  • Proficiency in thriving in a complex, collaborative, matrix setup with virtual teams across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must; familiarity with German is a bonus.
