Job Description
As the Director of Employee Connection, you will lead the Global Business Services (GBS) team responsible for managing the People & Culture (P&C) Operations in the UK and EMEA regions. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day processes, providing expert guidance on Workforce Administration (WFA), and supporting internal and external clients with employee data management.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Oversee EC and WFA activities in the UK and Europe
- Participate in global P&C Ops management team
- Create team objectives aligned with company goals
- Provide support across different regional P&C teams
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements
- Lead change management efforts and process improvements
- Plan and prioritize project support work
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with global exposure
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, MBA preferred
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated leadership in multinational operations
- Strong technical skills in HR systems and tools
- Excellent relationship management and process improvement abilities
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- International experience supporting US, EMEA, and UK regions
