Responsibilities

You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful and valuable features. You will personally lead and own end-to-end features from concept to design to production, and partner with product managers, user experience designers, and other engineers to achieve high-quality solutions. You will work as a leader of the team to help design and engineer scalable and resilient software solutions while guiding and growing the team through roadmap deliverables and other technical challenges.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Microservices and Service Oriented Architectures, modern API designs and implementations
  2. 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise level software preferably in Java or Scala and TypeScript/JavaScript
  3. Extensive experience with NoSQL Database implementations (query optimization, index generation, caching)
  4. Competent with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  5. Thrives in fast moving software design and development methodologies
  6. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Passionate and driven to design and implement scalable, programmatic solutions to complex problems
  2. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  3. Technical leadership experience in building and delivering complex software systems
  4. Experience in working with customers, product management, and senior management to deliver value to the market
  5. Robust knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming
  6. Extensive experience with AWS services for compute, storage, and databases etc.
  7. Proven experience with best SDLC practices: coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, and testing
  8. Extensive experience building large applications at scale using modern best-practices
