As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall marketing of the RapidLab team, its services and products. Your goal will be not only to continue your current marketing activities, but above all to build a long-term strategy and, together with your team, to set and achieve measurable marketing goals that will lead to an increase in the number of high-quality leads.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Analysing trends and competitors' offerings in order to improve the company's competitiveness in all possible media
  • Preparation and implementation of effective marketing campaigns
  • Research and assistance in participation in industry events
  • Ongoing cooperation with the sales department and RapidLab engineers
  • Writing shorter and longer texts in Polish and English on various topics related to IoT, AI, Edge AI, digitization and new technologies
  • Creating and implementing short video scenarios promoting the brand's products and services
  • Analysing the effectiveness of the activities carried out, reporting and recommending changes
  • Creating content for social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
This job is for You, if
  • You have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
  • Your main trait is creativity – we need your brilliant ideas and commitment
  • You communicate in English without any problems (clients mainly from outside Polish)
  • You have the so-called "light pen", it is easy for you to create quality content
  • You are familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar
Nice to have
  • Interest in the world of IoT technology, Hadware Design
  • Ability to create, monitor, and improve Google Ads campaigns
  • Ability to create and edit short videos
  • Knowledge of the basics of SEO

The entire recruitment process is fully remote and contains only 2 parts:

  • After the initial verification of the application, the recruiter will contact the selected candidates by phone for a few-minute interview
  • In the second step of verification, we meet on Teams with you and two people from a given team, including the Team Leader, thanks to which you will receive complete information about the position
