In your role as Team Lead in Product Development, you and your team will ensure, that our products are developed in-line with the company's high-quality standards and with a strong focus on value creation for our customers.

You will lead your team in a professional and structured manner, with a direct reporting line to the Head of On Premises Development.You will be responsible for active support, ongoing development and training of your team members.In addition to an active technical collaboration, you will be responsible for resource planning in cooperation with the Head of On-Premises Development, and together with your team you will work on development effort estimates.You will review existing working methods and procedures and work with your team to identify and propose potential improvements.You will take responsibility for the continuous improvement of the way we develop software and for the delivery of high-quality code through well-defined QA KPI's (Quality Assurance Key Performance Indicators).Dein ProfilYou have a degree in computer science or business IT or another STEM field of study.You have solid experience as a software developer and knowledge of:
  • Database technology,
  • Modern application servers,
  • Modern development frameworks,
  • Model-driven software development and working with the Unified Modeling Language (UML),
  • Requirements-based effort estimation and the implementation of requirements in software,
  • Object-oriented and test-driven development (preferably with Java),
  • technical guidance and further development of development teams.
