Job Overview

As a Marketing Senior Supervisor you will be leading a dedicated team of account managers (being a part of KRK Content Development team) supporting execution of marketing and shopper marketing campaigns & projects across Europe. You will be working with a dedicated European business units and support Account Management lead with maintaining a proper relationship and understanding BU's needs within campaigns management area, and translating these into a required support & deliverables.

Responsibilities

Team Management:

Efficiently manage team capacity and adapt to scope changes in tasks. Regularly report to Account Management Lead on team status and project updates. Ensure the team meets established KPIs consistently and maintains high standards of work. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their functional and managerial skills. Offer timely and constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth. Develop and implement meaningful career progression paths for team members. Set clear performance objectives and regularly evaluate team members to ensure they meet these goals. Foster a motivating work environment to retain high-performing team members. Regularly assess team competencies, identify gaps, and create development plans in collaboration with the Account Management lead. Ensure effective onboarding and continuous training for new team members within the respective EU business unit.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and monitor business risks affecting operational delivery, particularly in brand and shopper marketing campaigns.

Process Improvement:

Continuously enhance marketing processes based on feedback from business units and content development team.

Productivity Enhancement:

Seek opportunities to enhance productivity within the content development team. Track & report productivity triggered by account management team supporting campaigns Support the expansion of content development capability

Stakeholder Management :

Maintain a good relationship with brand team leads across Europe, addressing business needs and securing a smooth collaboration between S&T and business Capability Development: Support the expansion of content development capability Training Management: Qualifications Proven people management/leadership experience People management/leadership experience Excellent project management Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, mentoring and influencing profile Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels Highly organized and responsive, with ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines Highly collaborative – works well with others to deliver results Self-starter – ability to manage new processes Proficient in English (C1/B2) Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
