Real-Time VFX Artist

Beffio is looking for a passionate Real-Time VFX Artist towork on our client's AAA game projects (NA, EU, APAC)The ideal candidate has experience working within the constraints of real-time engines, shows attention to detail, and can take both artistic and technical direction to achieve the most appropriate solution. You will have the opportunity to improve your skillset alongside some of the best creatives in the industry and shape the game.

A good communicator and organiser, you will be an integral part of the team, producing high-quality and performant visuals.

• Create VFX assets with Unreal Engine 4/5 Niagara systemand Cascade, including shader construction using the UE4/5 material editor.
• Engaging with the creative process to design and create innovative and high-quality VFX
• Implementing VFX within Unreal
• Collaborating with other disciplines such as lighting and environment artists, graphics programmers and level designers to create a great game experience
• Track your work on the management system with producers including providing preview videos and screens

• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to create visually impressive VFX which are sympathetic to the needs of the product
• A good understanding of physical behavior and motion in the creation of VFX - including a strong sense of timing
• Experience using Unreal Engine for the creation and deployment of effects is essential.
• You have VFX experience in any kind of Unreal production
• Expertise with other industry standard real-time particle editors (UNITY, CryENGINE, Houdini
• Skills how to operate Perforce or GIT management system. (Nice to have)
• The experience of Houdini is an advantage
