Jako doświadczony Senior Product Designer dołączysz do zespołu, który jest odpowiedzialny za tworzenie serwisu i aplikacji BETFAN.

Będziesz odpowiedzialny za kompleksową opiekę nad całym procesem projektowym w naszej organizacji - od aktywnego udziału w procesie odkrywania produktu, przez projektowanie i walidowanie potencjalnych rozwiązań, aż po rozwijanie design systemu.

Będziesz uczestniczyć w różnorodnych projektach, skupiających się na aktywacji, retencji i monetyzacji użytkowników.

responsibilities : doskonałe rozumienie potrzeb Graczy BETFAN, poprzez aktywny udział i kształtowanie procesu product discovery, projektowanie nowych produktów i funkcji aplikacji BETFAN, w odpowiedzi na zidentyfikowane potrzeby i w zgodzie z założeniami strategii produktowej, dbanie o jakość i spójność prac projektowych, poprzez tworzenie design systemu i stanie na straży jego założeń, wsparcie w profesjonalizacji i optymalizacji prac zespołu Design Team, by jeszcze lepiej odpowiadał on na potrzeby związane z rozwojem aplikacji BETFAN, bieżąca współpraca z zespołami developerskimi, PO/PM, analitykami i innymi interesariuszami, przenoszenie wymagań biznesowych i potrzeb użytkowników na projekty UX/UI, tworzenie makiet low-fi i high-fi, interaktywnych prototypów i finalnych projektów graficznych, tworzenie dokumentacji projektowej.

4 lata doświadczenia, jako Product Designer lub UX/UI Designer w środowisku aplikacji konsumenckich (B2 C), z naciskiem na środowisko mobilne, doświadczenie w tworzeniu design systemu, doświadczenie w kształtowaniu i optymalizacji procesów związanych z designem (Design Ops), bardzo dobra znajomość i doświadczenie w pracy w ramach procesu product discovery, umiejętność pracy z danymi i aktywne ich wykorzystywanie w procesie projektowym, bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność współpracy ze specjalistami z różnych dziedzin, wysoki poziom empatii oraz zdolność dostrzegania i rozumienia perspektywy użytkowników, portfolio, które możesz nam pokazać, znajomość języka angielskiego na min.
