Join global Corporate Governance office in Össur (one of the Demant family companies), an international company whose mission is to improve people's mobility. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team located in Szczecin as a Risk Coordinator, newly created global role under which you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's risk management initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the organization. • assist in the development and maintenance of the company's enterprise risk management framework;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks inherent in business processes, projects, and initiatives;
• conduct risk assessments and analysis to evaluate the likelihood and impact of potential risks;
• support the design and implementation of risk mitigation plans and controls;
• develop and implement risk management procedures and guidelines;
• monitor key risk indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
• assist in the preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors;
• stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.

• master / bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, administration, or related;
• 2+ years of experience in finance / compliance / audit / internal control, preferably in a corporate environment;
• experience in risk management is a plus;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization;
• strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks;
• detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
• ability to work independently and maintain a high focus on quality;
• fluent spoken and written English enabling participation in and facilitation of international meetings;
• proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• understanding of enterprise risk management practices.
