Project Overview

The organization is currently engaged in a comprehensive IAM initiative, strategically transforming the approach to Authentication, Federation, PAM, Access Governance, Secrets Management, and API Security across the entire bank. Within this initiative, a key focus is on PAM, aiming to enhance controls and capabilities for privileged access throughout the Group. As part of this effort, the company is implementing a strategic password vaulting solution to meet overarching requirements.

Role Description

• Creating comprehensive solution design documentation for the Privileged Access Management Vault and its integration into existing and strategic use cases.
• Facilitating the integration of target applications, services, databases, and other elements with the approved Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Providing support in documenting Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, as well as integrations with other systems, target services, and applications.
• Working on the necessary on-premises and/or Cloud infrastructure for the deployment of the vendor's tool.
• Developing end-to-end configurations for the strategic PAM capability, encompassing on-premises deployments and Cloud-native tooling.
• Assisting in the preparation of demonstrable scenarios showcasing the configured PAM tooling.

Role Requirements

• Proficient in Security and Enterprise IAM.
• Experience in crafting High Level and Low-Level Technical Designs for intricate systems.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions, including CyberArk/Centrify/OneIdentity.
• Understanding various Cloud Platforms such as Google Cloud/ AWS/ Microsoft Azure/.
• Knowledgeable about cryptography and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) in both on-premises and Cloud environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance IAM capabilities.
• Possesses fundamental networking skills, including expertise in perimeter security and a thorough understanding of proxies and reverse proxies.
• Demonstrates excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
