We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and adhering to local accounting standards and IFRS. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments, including tax, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Monthly preparation of financial reporting in accordance with the local accounting standard and IFRS
  • Properly review posting of inter company transaction in accordance to the company's transfer pricing policy
  • Cooperation with the tax department for monthly tax and VAT compliance of the company
  • Properly review and agree transactions in the local accounting software vs the ERP accounting software.
  • Manage cash flow by monitoring daily transactions, optimising cash reserves, and overseeing cash disbursements and collections.
  • Lead accountant for the proper and accurating posting of transactions through the accounting software.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications may be advantageous.
  • ACCA Qualified: Hold a qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or an equivalent professional accounting body.
  • Fluent in Polish and English: Proficient in both written and spoken Polish and English languages to effectively communicate with local and foreign stakeholders and understand local regulations.
  • Netsuite Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Netsuite software is considered an advantage. Experience in implementing, maintaining, or optimizing Netsuite systems will be beneficial.
