your tasks

• ordering and arranging collection of production materials
• informing production planners, warehouse specialists and the quality department about planned deliveries
• solving problems related to material supplies
• contacting customs agencies, forwarders about supplying materials from outside EU
• confirming invoices for material deliveries and clarifying discrepancies
• keeping registry of purchasing documents
• choosing the means of transportation taking into consideration the best solution for the company
• contacting other employees for business purposes (finance, production, planning, quality, maintenance, warehouse, occupational health and safety, Customer Service, Business Development Departments, Factory Manager)

what we expect

• 3 years of work on a similar position
• fluent English
• knowledge of SAP will be a plus
• highly developed communication skills
• strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
• team player
